Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BeatSEOAutomation, operated by Anastasiia Polubynska (NIF Y6802373E), Spain. By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: info@beatseoautomation.com.

The service

BeatSEOAutomation researches your market and generates SEO content for your business using AI — articles plus ready-to-post social captions you can copy. Plans: Starter (generated drafts you publish yourself) and Pro (approved articles are auto-published to your connected website, with AI-generated images included; social captions are provided for you to post yourself).

Your content & responsibilities

• You own the content generated for your workspace and the images you upload.
• You review and approve content before it is published — you are responsible for what you approve.
• You confirm you have the right to connect the publishing channels and upload the images you provide.
• You will not use the Service to produce unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, or content that violates the policies of the platforms it is published to.

No ranking guarantee

Search engines and social platforms are outside our control. We ground content in live research, but we do not and cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, engagement, or revenue outcomes.

Billing, renewals & withdrawal

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and does not renew afterwards. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and cancelling does not refund the current period.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because the Service supplies digital content and services immediately, by subscribing and starting to use it you expressly request that performance begin at once and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights.

Availability & changes

We aim for continuous availability but the Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We may modify features with reasonable notice for material changes.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party platforms.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
