Data Deletion

You can permanently delete all data BeatSEOAutomation holds about your business at any time. There are two ways:

Option 1 — delete your organization (self-service)

• Sign in to the portal.
• Open the organization switcher in the header → your organization → Manage.
• In the organization settings, choose “Delete organization” and confirm.

Option 2 — email us

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to info@beatseoautomation.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. We process requests within 7 days.

What happens then

• Immediately: all connected publishing credentials (e.g. WordPress application passwords, social channel connections) are permanently deleted.
• After a 30-day grace period: your business profile, all generated content and strategies, uploaded images, research data, and usage records are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
• Content already published to your own channels remains where you published it — those channels are yours.

Authentication records are handled by our authentication provider and are removed as part of the organization deletion. Questions: info@beatseoautomation.com.
