Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

This policy describes how Anastasiia Polubynska (NIF Y6802373E), Spain(“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use BeatSEOAutomation (the “Service”). Contact: info@beatseoautomation.com.

What we collect

  • Account data — your name, email address, and organization details, managed by our authentication provider (Clerk). We never see or store your password.
  • Business profile — the information you enter during onboarding: business description, audience, goals, brand voice, website URLs, competitors, markets, languages, and a notification email address.
  • Generated content — the articles, social posts, strategies, and SEO research produced for your workspace.
  • Uploaded images — images you attach to content, stored in private object storage and served only through expiring links.
  • Publishing credentials — credentials for channels you connect (for example a WordPress application password). These are encrypted with a key unique to your workspace and never displayed again.
  • Usage records — internal metering of the research and generation services consumed by your workspace.
  • Search Console data— if you connect Google Search Console, we access your site's search performance metrics (queries, pages, and positions) and store an encrypted token to refresh that read-only access. You can disconnect at any time.

How we use it

  • To research, generate, and (on your explicit approval) publish content for your business.
  • To notify you by email when content is ready for review or a generation run fails.
  • To operate, secure, and bill the Service.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Service providers (subprocessors)

  • Clerk — authentication and organization management
  • Vercel — web application hosting
  • Railway — API, database, and file-storage hosting
  • Anthropic — AI content generation

  • DataForSEO — keyword, ranking, and website research
  • Google (Search Console) — read-only access to your site's search performance, only if you connect it

Tenant isolation

Every workspace's data is isolated at the database level (row-level security). Data from one workspace is never readable by another.

Retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your workspace is active. When you delete your organization, connected publishing credentials are deleted immediately, and all remaining workspace data is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. See Data Deletion for instructions.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@beatseoautomation.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you additionally have the rights granted by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change; material changes are announced by email to workspace owners.
